Cancellation Policy – Aura Yacht Charters

At Aura Yacht Charters, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring that we can provide the best service to all our clients. Please review the following terms carefully before booking your yacht charter.

Cancellation Terms

Free Cancellations – Guests can cancel their booking up to 5 days before the start time for a full refund.

Partial Refund – Cancellations made between 3 and 5 days before the start time will receive a 50% refund.


Non-Refundable Cancellations – Cancellations made within 2 days of the booking start time are not eligible for a refund.


Bad Weather Policy – If weather conditions are unsafe, the trip may be canceled at the captain's sole discretion, and in such cases, guests will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule.

Rescheduling Options

If you need to change your booking date, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows
  • Guests are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled departure.
  • If a group arrives late, the charter duration may be shortened accordingly, without refund.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Additional Considerations
  • Refund Process – Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Peak Season & Special Events – During high-demand periods (holidays, special events), stricter cancellation policies may apply.
